Had every detail wanted for our weekend, loved staff and location.

Fancy hotel in an awesome location close to a shop, the services were GREAT.

Good place to stay for us.

Loved my wonderful stay in an all-inclusive vacation. I was offered a room with perfect views of the beach. It had very central location close to an art gallery. The outdoor restaurant for dinner and the main bar.

I didn't find sport gym, so was a little disappointed.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very very nice area, close enough to the club Coco Bongo, a shop. I was there for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner. Every staff member was helpful and efficient. Very central location of this great budget property was a bonus. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Playa Gaviota Azul.

We loved the hotel and Cancun, had 5 relaxing days there. We booked practical deluxe villa here with sofa bed bed and 2 balconies and all amenities. The setting was magnificent, really close to Cancun and the beach.

Cold bathroom, and the breakfast was expensive.

The venue is fairly clean, the stuff is attentive.

Liked it - the place is magnificent and suited me fine. Well managed, comprehensive staff. Fab location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from cancun center. They have poolside bar, easy parking and lovely pool.

Very convenience location, totally professional staff, lots of food for the buffet breakfast. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have really big beds.

I would recomand this venue, it was a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, with exceptional personal, and offers unbeatable location right by restaurants, downtown and Coco Bongo.

The hotel is reasonably priced and fairly clean, I loved its beautiful staff and facilities. Amiable staff are who were responsive to my every request. The restaurant is good for dinner and reasonably priced.

It's well-maintained hotel at an excellent price. Offers excellent service and good food. The location is perfect, 1 mile from The City.

For a 5 star hotel everything was really good, I loved to be here. The room was very spacious, large bed. The view of the sea was great.

Pretty bad views.

It was a pleasant experience, great for the money. Good standard rooms and always nice staff, I appreciated very nice central location too. Astonishing view, a lovely balcony, nice bed, too.

Hospitable hotel, decent value for money. We loved the buffet breakfast and the EFFICIENT staff. Superb view of castle. Lobby bar was trendy and spotless.

The rooms are absolutely perfect and such lovely, the staff is extra great.

Original and really large rooms, simple decor, absolutely amazing staff. For guest safety rooms include smoke detectors.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a very pleasant fit. The breakfast was good enough, there was plenty of food to chose from. Extremely helpful staff members.

It truly was a great experience. Found Terraza Caracol, set a short walk to the hotel, ate there a few times. Send regards to concierge. We appreciated the fact, that it had a kitchen.

We recommend the hotel and its staff. You will be about a 10-minute drive from playa gaviota azul.

La palapa restaurant is literally 300 ft away. The hotel was in front of such local attractions as punta sur. 20 minutes by car from the airport: )

Our experience was great! Be Healthy by Elia is set 800 feet away from the property. Location was within 15 min walking distance to Playa Gaviota Azul. Interesting place for your vacations in Cancun.
